Returns/Exchanges All sales are final. No purchases will be refunded unless the product proves to be defective. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with any item, you may return it for store credit. A 20% re-stocking fee may be assessed at the time the product or products are returned.
Defective Merchandise In the unlikely event that one of our products is defective, Logic Med Online will refund our customers for the full amount of their purchase or provide a replacement product at no additional charge.
Payments Logic Med Online accepts VISA, Master Card, American Express,and Discover. Hospital Purchase Orders and Government Purchase Orders are accepted only on special occasions (approved credit, large orders, etc.) at our sole discretion. If purchase orders are your preferred method of payment, please contact us for arrangements. Prices subject to change.
Shipping Logic Med Online ships via UPS, which delivers shipments anywhere in the United States usually within 2-5 days at low rates. Unless specified, shipping charges are added to each order based on the specific order. For very small or large orders, a slight adjustment may be made to the shipping. Customers are notified before this change is made. Orders received by 3:00 Eastern Time are usually shipped the same day.
International orders are welcome! You must contact us prior to purchasing any products. Additional shipping fees may apply to all international orders. Keep in mind that we are not responsible for delays resulting from local customs clearance procedures that can take up to 6-8 weeks. This is beyond our control.
